This 3-month coaching package is designed to help you achieve transformation in key areas of your teaching and business. Over the course of our time together, you'll receive personalized support, guidance, and actionable strategies tailored to your specific goals.

 

What's Included:

  • 6 One-Hour Coaching Calls (Online)
    You'll have two calls per month (semi-weekly) to dive deep into topics such as organization, planning, classroom management, time management, and building your teacher business. Each call will be recorded and provided to you within one business day.

  • Customized Action Plan
    After our first call, I'll develop a personalized action plan based on your goals and needs. This plan will help you stay on track with tangible, actionable steps.

  • Weekly Homework and Accountability
    After each call, you'll receive a customized homework assignment to help implement what we discussed. These tasks will ensure consistent progress.

  • In-Between Support via Email and Voxer
    Stay connected with me between our calls! I offer Monday through Friday (9am to 5pm MT) support via email and Voxer for any questions, check-ins, or feedback. This way, you never feel stuck or unsupported.

    Receive access to some of my top resources—templates for classroom management, lesson plans, time management, and more. These tools are designed to complement our coaching sessions and make implementation even easier.

Coaching Service Agreement

This Coaching Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [Insert Date], by and between:

1. Services Provided

The Coach agrees to provide the following services (the "Services") to the Client for a period of three (3) months:

  • 6 One-Hour Coaching Calls: Online sessions conducted via Zoom or Kajabi.
  • In-Between Support: Weekly check-ins via email and Voxer (voice messaging) Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM MT.
  • Customized Action Plan: A tailored plan addressing organization, planning, classroom management, time management, and teacher business based on the Client's goals and needs.
  • Recordings of Calls: A recording of each call will be sent to the Client within one business day following the call.
  • Weekly Homework: Assignments are released after each coaching call to facilitate ongoing learning and application.

2. Fees and Payment Terms

  • Total Fee: $800 for the three-month coaching package.
  • Payment Options:
    • Pay in Full: The full amount of $800 is due upon signing this agreement.
    • Payment Plan: If the client chooses the payment plan the amount of $300 is due every month for three (3) consecutive months.

By agreeing to this contract, the Client agrees to pay the fees as outlined above.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • The Client may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date if they find the program does not meet their needs.
  • After the initial 30 days, the fees are non-refundable.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Attend all scheduled coaching calls or provide 24-hour notice for rescheduling.
  • Complete assigned homework and actively participate in the coaching process.
  • Provide honest feedback to help tailor the coaching experience.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without the Client's consent, except as required by law.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party fails to comply with the terms outlined herein.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Coach is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the coaching services provided.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
